After completing this master’s degree in project management, you will be able to:
Project managers are needed in a wide variety of industries, but especially within healthcare, IT, engineering, construction and manufacturing. In its most recent analysis of the job outlook for project managers, Project Management Job Growth and Talent Gap 2017–2027, PMI projects that U.S. job openings in project management will grow by 2.1 million over the 2017-2027 period.1
Other sources also indicate rapid growth for project managers. For example, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects 11% growth for construction managers over the 2020-2030 period, faster than the average for all occupations.2
To apply to the Master of Science in Project Management, you must hold a baccalaureate degree in a related field from a regionally accredited U.S. institution (or international equivalent). We will also consider applicants who hold a baccalaureate in an unrelated field but who have relevant professional experience.
